The Fine Print
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 30, 2026
The Morning Post values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you interact with our website, services, or products.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other details you provide when filling out forms or contacting us.
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and website usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our services.
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate updates.
- To personalize your experience on our website.
- To comply with legal requirements.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with:
- Service Providers: Companies that help us operate our website and services.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website — which pages are viewed, and interactions such as tapping to call, tapping for directions, or clicking a menu link. Google Analytics collects technical information like your approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and pages viewed; it does not receive your name, email address, or phone number through this website.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized click and scroll heatmaps and session recordings, so we can see how visitors actually use the site and improve it. Clarity masks standard input fields by default; this site has no forms or fields for you to type personal information into, so there is nothing further for it to capture beyond how you move around and click on the page itself.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Microsoft Clarity does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but you can opt out of it through the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool (https://optout.aboutads.info/) or by disabling cookies in your browser; Clarity also honors the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one. This section will be updated if we add any additional analytics or session-recording tools to the site.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no online system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Opt-out of receiving promotional emails.
- Restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing personal information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
